A toolbox for physiological peak detection analyses
Hello there, I was trying the ``cirrus-ci`` config and realised that there is a fail in the tests in windows: ```` ============================= test session starts ============================= platform win32 -- Python...
@vinferrer was happily moving the tests to Cirrus CI using the same linters as `phys2bids` when we realised that the linters are not happy at the moment... ...by this much:...
At the moment, the "selection" of peaks in the interactive plot session can only be done by dragging and selecting an area horizontally - which is great for some signals...

This happens in Spyder 4 (didn't test on previous Spyder versions), in Ubuntu 18.04 and latest winpython. If we can figure out why, it would be great - starting with...
[PhysIO Toolbox](https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S016502701630259X) is a MATLAB toolbox for physiological data preprocessing for fMRI. In the manuscript, they refer to a two-stage automated peak detection algorithm. I noticed that the peak detection...
