Proposal for name change

As discussed in the July devs meeting, we are considering treating peakdet as an intermediate step in most studies' workflows, between phys2bids (for wrangling raw data) and phys2denoise (for preparing MR-specific denoising metrics).

This step would clean physio data of any artifacts before it can be used. This cleaning procedure would be MR-specific, in that, while normal preprocessing would be done with Neurokit as part of the workflow, some steps would be included that are only applicable to MRI-influenced data.

As part of this redefinition, we talked about changing the name of the package. Some ideas I had: phys2clean and cleanphysio. Does anyone have any other thoughts on names?
