I don't think the alpha version of the launcher solves the problem for me. I'm one of those unlucky players whose PC doesn't load dsound.dll and simply starts the game...

Upgrading to the latest unstable version removed the warnings, but, as far as I can tell, the game still launches without RGON. At least, I don't see anything RGON-related on...
