I am only packaging it so that Mumble "does not vendor other packages". I also noticed that the `minhook` package only exists because in 2016 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/research/project/detours/ did not freely license...
The hydra-haskell for windows is waiting for https://github.com/conda-forge/ghc-feedstock/pull/54 or something like it.
The sources are currently using main, the source should use the 0.12 tagged tarball (or later).
