Update userscript dependencies and use CDN hosting

Switch all userscript dependencies to cdnjs hosting. Updated jQuery version, jQuery-noty version. All scripts are now served over https.

Authentication fix

Switched cookie name to reflect SXM's current configuration. Fixes authentication issue. See AngellusMortis/sxm-player#11
