datetime with timezone offset breaks insert

"Incorrect datetime value: '2015-01-25 22:14:35+00:00' for column 'startTime' at row 1" Used to work on 1.2.3. Looks like it was introduced with the change from strftime to isoformat [here](https://github.com/farcepest/MySQLdb1/commit/dd3cc7cafc1cdff9d2e5575057d8eea350363d00).

Import crashes on Grand Poker MTT HHs

Amounts in actions show up as e.g. [60], with no spaces and no currency/symbol. Tournament number appears to be embedded in the HH rather than part of the file name.
