Large PDF with large images causing `malloc` warnings

Hi @rldaulton there hasn't been any work from my side. I still believe this is memory issue with CoreGraphics which is not able to deal with the amount of data....

Image size doesn't stays fix even after given fix size

Sorry for the long overdue response. This looks like a bug to me, as it should not resize the image with `imageOptions` set to `none`. Thanks for reporting!
