Recreate split instance when `onDrag` events change.

Fixes #712.

React split not respecting updating `onDragEnd` event

For some reason, the code is not recreating a `Split` instance when `onDragEnd`, `onDragStart` or `onDrag` changes. https://github.com/nathancahill/split/blob/master/packages/react-split/src/index.js#L36-L49
