Closing in favor of https://github.com/holoviz/panel/pull/3813 which makes these instructions unnecessary.
Actually some of the updates here should still be made. Maybe update it so it doesn't instruct users to use `{{ loop.index0 }}` as that should now be unncessary.

To be clear, in the long run we should upstream the widgets to bokeh but I'd love to get these into Panel asap.
Seems to be getting logged just fine with 0.14.0rc2. Could someone confirm?
Suspect it's probably pygments.
Annoying it's fairly large and I'm not entirely sure I want it as a default dependency. At minimum however we should document the requirement in the Markdown reference page.
The problem is that images load after the sizing calculation happens. Will assign to 1.0 with the hope that the new layout engine handles this better.
Which version of ipywidgets are you running? The ipywidgets 8.0 release has been somewhat disruptive and I wouldn't be surprised if that's what's causing this.
