Specifically "send contact reminder"
As a user, I want to be able to do basic operations against ContactOtter via slack. `/otter help` `/otter search` `/otter add` `/otter connect`
Add the ability to "link" contacts together through connections to other contacts.
As a user, I want to be able to export a JSON file of my complete contact book, and import it again later. Should also help for moving between hosted/sandstorm
