Problem with German Umlaut Characters

What you expected to happen

I wanted to add a Tag "Geschäftsführung" and use it for contacts

What actually happened

The Whole System is broken, I only get

"Woops Something went wrong. Perhaps you'd like to return home?"

But the Home doesn't work anymore, I need to delete the whole Grain

Steps to reproduce

• Add new Tag
• Add the Text "Geschäftsführung"
• Use any Color
• Click "Add"

Is this on sandstorm?

Second this problem. Makes it unusable for German speaking users on sandstorm :(

Otherwise very helpful project! So I would love to see a fix for this :)
