setola ultility is not compatible with fe4.0

Hi，the developer has announced that setOLA is not available for fe4.0 so I solve this problem by avoiding to compile setOLA，because I don't need this function. This function just provides an easy way to set water depth and other wave parameters, setFields can also finish this work.
