@arni077 If it's the first time you're seeing their profile, you do need somebody to be online and sharing the profile data. After that, you'll have the data saved.

I've seen this myself. Seems like in some cases the notifications index gets built without having the user's id set, causing this.
Ok I *think* we've solved this. Fingers crossed.
