Cannot deploy on Heroku

After specifying all information and clicking deploy button, Heroku shows this log message: -----> Building on the Heroku-20 stack -----> Python app detected ! Requested runtime (python-3.6.2) is not available...

Open previous/next weekly note does not work

I feel like these two commands do not work for me. I am on the current weekly note, hit the "open next weekly note" and none is created for me....
