Error when installing React devtools and Redux devtools

I still have this issue on 3.2, it looks like the PR did not fix this issue.

nmcli should let interface-name unset when ifname = '*'

If there is consensus on the approach, I might be able to start a PR.

Issues with jvm_dll_path.json
