Add Inertia Matrix Data

Adds missing inertia matrix data for each link of the UR10 model.

The data is directly from the Universal Robots website: https://www.universal-robots.com/articles/ur/application-installation/dh-parameters-for-calculations-of-kinematics-and-dynamics/.
