error: could not set permissions on '/nix/var/nix/profiles/per-user' to 755: Operation not permitted
I fixed this the wasteful way by deleting `/nix` and re-installing.
I can reduce this feature request. I just need fake `candidates` for development purposes. Randomly generated would be fine.
