场景如下： 1. 在chrome和edge均安装插件，此时，chrome和edge书签是同步的（通过edge本身功能） 2. 从edge上增加书签，并上传书签， 3. 从chrome中下载书签，这时候，所有的书签都会出现两遍（没有出现合并的情况） 这看上去是个已知问题？
