Still seeing this on v6.. autoWatch has no effect. Karma simply exits after running tests.
Good idea! Some investigation would need to be done on the format to make sure it's practical to import. Importers can't include any binaries for non-node programs as bundling them...
Moved to our UI library as this is where this feature is implemented. I'd consider alternatives to simply showing the buttons all the time - I personally think they clutter...
