Not sure why this is still open, as `signal` support was added in v4 ([4.8.0](https://github.com/perry-mitchell/webdav-client/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md#v480)). It will obviously remain in v5 as well.

This should be working now with `fetch` as the client.

Axios will be dropped in v5.

pcloud supports [webdav](https://www.techstream.at/en/how-to-access-pcloud-using-webdav/), so users should use that method when adding vaults from there. No to Mega, for now. OneDrive I'd accept support for.
