Copy fails when we try to copy to the root of the destination registry

In skopeo or docker, you do not need to append the image name to the end of the destination repo, it would be good if we could do the same...

Windows containerd should crictl to pull image to ensure unused files are cleaned up in containerd

I don't think we download crictl.exe at the moment do we, although we should! good catch @jsturtevant

Remove dependency on ovftool

Just a comment on this, the dockerfile will no longer build as the ovftool isn't present. I guess we can change the dockerfile to include this, but at the moment...

Just adding some additional context to this, it seems that if your hostname is over 15 characters the `$env:computername` variable cuts off at 15 characters, which I guess it because...
