I'm facing the same issue. I've walked through the whole code like five times and I can't find any bugs. Have you figured it out?

Maybe it's a little late, but you can control that behavior with this setting: `rebase: false` BTW, I would rename this setting to something like `rebaseUrls` for clarity.
