I doubt that Megasat supports USALS (a quick glance to other images in the manual referring to the web interface does not show anything about USALS).

It's pre-alpha release. Just copy .fw file to /root and run: upgrade-fw /root/*.fw

Install python, too.

And do not use ./ (I think that the python script is installed to /sbin).
