Allows joining 1.19.1+ servers with `enforce-secure-profile` set to `true`. To-do list: - [ ] Fix 1.19 - [ ] Write some documentation

The Restart Extension Host command (id `workbench.action.restartExtensionHost`) is faster than reloading the entire window, and has the same effect of restarting the Lua Language Server (at least in my testing).

Generic Model animations: can't create groups
