I yapf working correctly? Seems like the line length is not set correctly. Besides that I believe we're good to go unless someone has anything to say.

User management can be done through the admin interface if we need something. I see no real benefit from having a separate app for it.

Well probably do OAuth IIRC, so that'll need to be implemented, but I think it should be a part of the parent view that handles generic requests. The CRUD views...
