btsync: Can't install 1.4 on Ubuntu 14.04 Server

I had the same issue installing btsync, it got stalled in the preconfiguring... stage. Running the strace command for the process `/bin/sh -e /tmp/btsync.config.qEj4Ud configure` gave me the output pasted...
