Initial setup of M.2 Accelerator with Dual Edge TPU fails

What helped my solve the issue was this [reddit thread](https://www.reddit.com/r/VFIO/comments/l5awg0/using_google_coral_mpcie_tpu_in_qemu_vm/) I put `options vfio-pci ids=1ac1:089a disable_idle_d3=1` into `/etc/modprobe.d/tpu.conf` rebooted and it worked like a charm. My system is `Ubuntu 20.04.4...
