For UX, I still prefer the three-value option. If not, people get confused about what means not having "Allow block" checked.

The "yes" option makes sense to me, but if not, another rephrasing should be done for the boolean. You can put a selection with 2 options then.

AFAIK this would be `[OU-ADD]` and you should mark the module as `Done` in the RST file.

And create `openupgrade_analysis_work.txt` file.
