As far as I can tell, `invideoquiz` is not part of the standard distribution. If it were, I would expect it to appear here: https://github.com/openedx/edx-platform/blob/master/requirements/edx/base.in#L106
Can you update the commit message to follow [conventional commits (OEP-51)](https://open-edx-proposals.readthedocs.io/en/latest/best-practices/oep-0051-bp-conventional-commits.html) I guess this would be a `docs` commit
