ColumnFormatter cannot handle special national characters

When an attribute contains special national specific characters (ü,ö,á etc) and using the ldapsearch with --outputFormat csv these character are stripped of. I.e. Using CSV as outputformat: Çavuşoğlu -> avuolu...
