I think you have wrong path to file, looks like url but it should be absolute path in filesystem.

Yep, but this package is using CLI (terminal) tools (ffmpeg), and if this tool don't support urls (only file paths like /usr/local/somefile.mp4) it won't work. This is just my guess,...
