No issue, they need to provide a proof they're using btcpay. I didn't find such proof. If you vouch for them and have verified they can remain to be added.
I agree this is needed. I'm able to replicate it as well. When (paidLate) BTCPay_btcPaid=0.00000000 which makes accounting harder. For example, for (paidPartial) it works normally. 
Replicated, this is a bug. As a work-around you can just disable a plugin entirely.
