for clarity - "basic auth header" needs to be set in camera admin panel, in authentication modes change from "digest" to "digest/basic" - see: https://github.com/nayrnet/node-hikvision-api/issues/8#issuecomment-494268799

currently Android app has only minimal utilization of the Android device - it gets its GPS location (app option "provide phone location to mesh"). but this is a precedent :)...
