I had the same issue, set "pool: false" in the request options of the lib (instagram-private-api/dist/core/request.js). Not sure what it does but it fixes the issue for me. Maybe it...
The options were wrong, but please delete default to localhost:12201. I need to know if the config is wrong, not to send requests to the localhost silently
