as I see, buttons haven't double click event, maybe we need to find all places for this improvements, before implement double click

@Rampoina The game already shown red icons for _lack of resources_ on dev branch, so we need to implement: only _on hover the missing requisites should be displayed differently_, right?
@Rampoina good work, especially with #240 I found interesting bug/feature you can load selected game, if double-clicking everywhere
I think we need to, update abilities UI on position invalid and another cast blocking staff like stuns
