For literate coffee `.coffee.md` double extension may be better. In this way we can easily distinguish what language is inside and show rendered sources in Markdown HTML view.

That is expected as every Markdown View update is regenerating HTML, that would be expensive operation especially for big files

I think this issue can be closed by updating README with link above. Is it actually actual for Linux ?
