foodwinepairing build takes much too long to build (times vary but 10 minutes is definitely too much). this seems to be due primarily to the size/push of the image therefore...

Currently both build and workshop user utils are in the same directory. This should be separated to be more organized in general but it also appears the `ls utils` command...

By resilient I mean that they should either not need to be restarted or should be restarted automatically in the face of propagation disable/enable cycles.

provide more examples

currently, we defer to the workshop but need to provide more examples of all three exporters, dashboards, etc.

both unit and functional (bring in functional tests currently run outside this repos as part of this)
