optimize foodwinepairing build

foodwinepairing build takes much too long to build (times vary but 10 minutes is definitely too much).

this seems to be due primarily to the size/push of the image therefore should look into the dockerfile more than anything but also see if there are any src files that can be removed (there are a number of different languages, etc. that do not appear to be used).
