@Giszmo Can you more precisely specify what you are requesting with respect to the app being verifiable?

This pr did not update the yarn.lock. Please run `yarn` and include the updated yarn.lock file.

Based on the changes to the `yarn.lock` file, this PR adds too many dependencies for us to easily audit the security and memory impact.

devDependencies are installed just like dependencies when cloning the full application. This has not been a problem for anyone else building the application.
