This PR is a new version from https://github.com/EdgeApp/edge-react-gui/pull/2090 but this time with a component that doesn't need web3.

This pr did not update the yarn.lock. Please run yarn and include the updated yarn.lock file.

Based on the changes to the yarn.lock file, this PR adds too many dependencies for us to easily audit the security and memory impact.
