Cross checked on other M1 mac with 16.14.2 node, 11.6 os version, 2020.3.1 Patch 3 android studio and it works

Also after successful project creating rnv shows that user should do 'cd space space' while the project was named 'space_space' automatically

Tested on 0.37.3 and even though cli shows some ts errors, app works fine, @crewtaylorfd can you confirm?
