use correct parameter names in >= 4.1.0

For Zeek 4.1.0 or greater, `info` is the correct name for the second parameter of `icmp_sent` and `icmp_echo_reply` events. I have tested this on 4.0.7, but not 4.1 or greater.

Sensitive_Signature notices should be surprressed
