Similar functionality has been proposed in the past but wasn't a priority at the time. I'm not opposed to supporting this concept though!

Just to confirm, you've added a few vins to the `vins_signal_tracking_enabled` array in your config?
There isn't a signal for horse power. Could you calculate it using vehicle weight, distance (odometer), and time? What is the problem you're trying to solve?
