Metrics-exporter doesn't support credentials from secret.

Also, apologies, if I'm missing something. It looks like secret user/pass are placed in `chop.Config().ClickHouse.Access.Runtime.Username` during `chop.Config()` creation, but I never see that accessed in the code-base at all.
