Now parse values with ":" properly. and for status code 3xx, needs to call wasRedirectedToRequest

OCMock 3 #define andReturn(), as a result, calling andReturn() will return an error.

between iOS 8 and iOS 9, the order of the serialized Cookie changed, as a result, previously passing tests are failing.
