Elisp newbie here also interested. I was looking for a function which would return a structured array of notes to provide a data source to create a helm selection function.

Not using it myself, but AFAIK, Docker build and push Github Actions can trivially build multi arch images, arm64 included. Won't it be of any help? Just my 2c.
