Aint making sense. Lawnchair 12 already had the functionality that icon packs get refreshed. Its easier to re-implement it than add hundreds of icons

@yasandev alright, tested it right now and when lawnchair wasnt in foreground and darkmode got enabled, then switching to homescreen the icon pack is still in lightmode for a second...
