Of course. In CIL we'd like to have a binary package for TIGRE to be able to install from conda. I understand your approach. So we may as well do...
This is the whole reason why I created this issue, but I understood you didn't want to do it. I'm fine with both approaches. With a binary package (I think)...
Thanks! With binary package I meant a conda package.
In the short term we'll use the second approach, https://github.com/paskino/TIGRE-conda but I hope we could eventually integrate it in TIGRE.
I guess we should also think whether we want to do this in C or in Python. If in Python it shouldn't be too difficult.
If we want to support a C API (or wrappers for other languages as MATLAB) would be the ability to set each parameter as: 1. float or constant in time...
Maybe this could be handled more easily at the [Cython ](https://github.com/vais-ral/CCPi-Regularisation-Toolkit/blob/master/src/Python/src/cpu_regularisers.pyx#L98)or Python level.
Tests are very useful, please add them.
@dkazanc can we merge this and open an issue to add unit tests?
Looking at the reconstructed volume on the other directions I see:
