This resolves https://github.com/umputun/remark42/issues/1188 without making extra HTTP calls by adding a new parameter to the /api/v1/user endpoint. Continuation of accidentally closed #1752.

Update to go-pkgz/auth/v2 and golang-jwt/jwt/v5
