The payload is 5 bytes long so definitively something new. Steering 68 8A...69 F8...6B 8C -> 08A...1F8...38C => 1F8 center should probably be 1FF but even then the end points...

Ok since the RX receives the bind packets it looks like the problem is instead around the module ID. Can @Macgyver46 and @Pencilvestr share your Global IDs using the MultiConfig.lua...
@Macgyver46 it's easy, just go to the scripts, run the multiconfig.lua script and share a picture of the screen.

Flickering usually means packet loss so that's bad. If you could identify the ones with flickering. Was there a lot of them? I was not anticipating such RF channels issue....
Above 31 is not needed as it will have no effect at all, basically using your original ID unchanged...
If you have a saleae compatible logic analyzer (less than $10 on ebay), hook it up to these 8 pins:  Don't forget to connect GND as well.
We don't see anything anyway... Connect a logic analyzer on the 8 pins I've pointed out earlier.
Please use logic 1.2.14 instead of 2.xx It looks like the RF module was not plugged to the motherboard and therefore the CPU went in a loop not finding what...
